Robert Keller, Chief Executive Officer
Robert Keller is one of the original Co-Founders and is the Chief Executive Officer of LEI Home Enhancements. Robert began his career in home enhancements over 30 years ago working for window replacement companies. In 2003, Robert and Marc Keller started their own home repair consulting company focused on providing the best customer service in the industry
In 2010, Robert & Marc founded LEI Home Enhancements continuing their focus on customer service while adding superior products, emphasis on hiring and motivating employees and growing their philanthropic dreams. For over a decade, Robert has been instrumental in growing LEI into a multimillion-dollar franchise company, in charge of the sales and marketing teams.
While concentrating on growing the business, Robert’s passion has also been on charity work – giving back to the community and abroad. Along with Marc, Robert founded the “If Only One” charity. Together with the LEI team, they have raised money to support local charities and travel to Honduras several times to help build churches and homes for children. In his spare time Robert enjoys spending time with family and working on his charity projects.
Marc Longworth II, President
Marc Longworth II is the President of the Franchisor, handling the administration, installation, and vendor relationships – a role which he has occupied since the company was founded in August 2017.
With a total of 14 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Marc also owns and serves as principal of Longworth Enterprises, Inc.
Ray Kubik, Chief Financial Officer
Since 2020, Ray Kubik has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Franchisor, which is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Alongside this, Ray serves as the Owner of Apple Tree Group, LLC. Also located in Cincinnati, Ohio, he has occupied this position since 2007.
Tim Caldwell, Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Tim oversees the strategic performance of the company’s corporate and franchise-owned locations, while leading efforts to build positive experiences for customers, employees, and franchisees.
Tim previously worked in private equity and has held executive leadership positions in the software and telecommunications industries. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where he piloted jets during active duty and reserve duty service. Alongside his commitments with LEI, Tim is a frequent keynote speaker and mentor, delivering faith-based messages of motivational leadership and service.
Rhonda Gaskill, Vice President of Franchise Development
Rhonda Gaskill has held the position of Vice President of Franchise Development of the Franchisor since 2021, taking over from her role as VP of Franchise Development at Strategic Franchising from 2019 to 2020.
Before joining LEI, Rhonda was the Regional Operation Manager at American Driveline Systems from 2018 to 2019, which is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She also served as Franchise Development and District Manager at LINE-X LLC in Huntsville, Alabama from 2004 to 2018.

Teppy Wigington, Chief Marketing Officer
Teppy Wigington is Chief Marketing Officer at LEI Home Enhancements, responsible for overseeing the entire LEI brand’s marketing and communications initiatives. With over 20 years of combined experience in corporate and agency structures, Teppy brings her enthusiasm, relationship management expertise, and results-driven marketing approach to the LEI context.
Throughout her career, Teppy has proven herself time and again, having led an award-winning marketing department, advertising agency, and PR agency, alongside working with numerous vendors to support 500+ North American franchisees, 60+ International Master Distributors and 11 internal departments.
